Prologis is excited to be bringing forward plans with local business Palletways UK, the country’s leading palletised freight network, for a new purpose-built national headquarters of 640,000 sq ft at Prologis Park Fradley, Lichfield. The new headquarters will consolidate Palletways’ existing operations at Fradley Park, create space for future growth, and raise the bar for sustainable logistics buildings in the UK.
The site is situated to the south of Fradley Park. It lies to the west of the A38 and to the north and east of the HS2 route, which is currently under construction. We are now consulting with the local community, prior to submitting a planning application for Palletways’ new headquarters.
